Group coaching is a great option for someone who would like to connect with other participants on their journey towards permanent weight loss. Groups tend to include 6-10 participants and meet consistently over a three month period. Participants are able to set their own personal goals and get the support of the other group members along with weekly worksheets and mini-books. Weekly topics will include Managing our mind, why should we exercise, introduction and application of eating tools, and learning how to process feelings. We will also explore as a group the underlying reasons for emotional eating. Often group members will stay connected for ongoing support following the three month experience.
