After I lost the weight, I still found myself struggling, not with 30 pounds, but with the last five. I kept making that my new struggle — obsessing over those final pounds, questioning myself, and worrying I’d backslide.
It wasn’t until I did the identity work that everything changed. Once I shifted who I believed I was at my core — not just someone who lost weight, but someone who could sustain it — I finally let go of the struggle and reclaimed so much energy for other areas of life: building my business, being a present mom, and prioritizing self-development.
And I’ve seen this play out for so many of my clients.
As a Certified Weight Loss Coach and a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped countless high-performing clients lose weight and keep it off by doing this same deep identity work.
