Why a belief plan is more important than your action plan
I was asked to be a speaker at an ‘upgrade your mindset’ event a few weeks back and I thought it was profound how many participants came up to me afterwards to hear more about my comment that “we need to spend more time on creating a belief plan than on an action plan”.

What to do when you get triggered
I used to hate the feeling that emerged whenever I was triggered. If I read an email that didn’t sit right with me, had an interaction with a co-worker that had me spinning, or an argument with my partner that went south, I would run from the feelings of shame, rejection, or anger and blame the person who triggered me for my feelings.

Back to the future
When setting a new goal, most of us will look to our past for evidence to see if we can accomplish it.

How to stop obsessing
A reader asked me to talk about how to “slow down obsessive thoughts in the moment” that had him spinning and up all night in worry. I figure this is a relevant concern, so I wanted to share my answer with all of you.

Inspiration from (The Dawn Wall & Free Solo)
When setting an impossible goal, whether that’s to make 1 million dollars in your business, to lose 50 pounds, or climb El Capitan, you must be willing to fail your way there. You are not going to fail in the taking of the action, but you might fail in the result you want to create.
