Everything is working
What if you only let yourself think and believe that everything is working? That you are always making progress? Consider what the result of this could be for yourself and your goals.

No one taught me to how to think...
Up until the age of 22, no one had sat me down and taught me how to think. I was taught how to walk, talk, ride a bike, math, but not how to think.

Why a belief plan is more important than your action plan
I was asked to be a speaker at an ‘upgrade your mindset’ event a few weeks back and I thought it was profound how many participants came up to me afterwards to hear more about my comment that “we need to spend more time on creating a belief plan than on an action plan”.

Are you interested or committed?
I recently stumbled on this quote by Ken Blanchard who says,“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something you accept no excuses-only results.”

An urge jar to the rescue!
In a previous blog I talked about how vital it is to learn how to allow an urge vs. resisting it, or worse yet giving into an undesired behavior.
