How to feel
I believe that many of us were not taught formally how to feel our feelings. I mean really feel them.

Half-Ass, Half-Wonderful
A transformative theory that I learned last year and only recently accepted is that half of our life is going to be filled with negative emotion.

We don't do that anymore!
Have you ever considered going on a stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or self-criticism diet? I have been practicing this with my long to-do list, it only reinforces to me that all of these indulgent emotions pretend to be necessary but are really optional.

Feelings are what drive us. Most of the time we do things because of how we think it will make us feel.
