Ending Confusion
Confusion is an unconscious state that many of us enter in when we confront a situation that seems too overwhelming, or scary, or both. Instead of dealing with the situation, we let ourselves indulge in being confused about it.
The fun in not knowing
What many of us don’t realize is that not starting our new enterprise is actually just failing ahead of time. If we don’t put ourselves out there, we are not pursuing our passion, we have given up in advance.
Why?
WHY? Such a powerful three-letter word
Decisions ahead of time
Each and every day, we have to make thousands of decisions from what clothes to wear, to what plans we make with friends and family, what we will eat, how many times, and when. This can result to an overload of decisions, which can perpetuate poor decision making when it comes to food and consistency with exercise.
Too hard to continue
I tell my clients, and I am telling you, that when you start any exercise regimen, make sure it is something you will not fail at!
