Resolutions for the right reasons
The New Year is fast approaching, and that means many of us are making resolutions for 2018. I am a strong believer in creating them as long as it is for the right reasons.
No more brain drama
I wanted to talk today about how to combat self-defeating thoughts. Some examples that I have heard from my amazing clients this week include, “I can't do this", "I am a bad writer" "my art isn't good" "I don't know how"......
What I think of me
Your relationship with yourself is what matters most. Not what I may think, your boss, your children, even your partner. When your relationship is not great, we often search for our self-esteem to be inflated from other people.
Big Decision Freak Out
When you make a big decision like starting our own business or quitting your job, or getting married, or committing fully to a weight loss program, your brain is going to freak out.
What is possible?
Spend a lot of time really thinking about your future self, the person who has already attained what your current self wants.
