Shaming isn't a real thing
Shame is that all consuming feeling you experience when you feel you do not deserve to feel good about yourself. It’s the feeling you have when you think you are flawed, damaged, or broken in some way.
What is your money philosophy?
I’ve been coaching a lot of business owners on their beliefs about money and what is possible for them. Much like weight loss, there are so many beliefs that we have carried over from our childhood that may have helped us then, but are holding us back now.
How to stop getting in your own way....
Many of my clients and friends have asked me why they get in their own way of reaching a goal that the desperately want. I too have had situations in which I was also was at a loss as to why I would get excited and motivated to do something, only to quit half way through the process.
A messy office, mini-van, and mind
Remember that our brain is filled with thoughts. Researchers estimate we all have upwards of 60,000 thoughts per day. Our thoughts create our feelings, which then fuel our actions (or sometimes inactions), which ultimately give us our results. So what are we all doing to organize these ever-important thoughts?
