Rebelling against plan
After years of being on diets where someone told me what to eat, what not to eat, or when to eat I developed a strong urge to rebel. For years I would sign up for various weight loss programs and after a week or two in, when the novelty wore off, I wanted to rebel.

How to handle other people’s opinions
When you make a decision to do something new - change careers, launch a new business, or start a new way of eating or working out - you will most likely encounter someone with an opinion.

The cost of thinking “It isn't enough”
I have this theory that the thought “I don’t have enough”, or “It is not enough” creates approximately 10 times less of what you want.

Silent suffering
Your goals matter, no matter what they are. I know that many of you are not reaching out for coaching, or investing in yourselves because you believe your issue is insignificant, or are feeling like you should not have this issue, because you have a lot going for you in your life.

The inches matter
So many of my clients come to me very discouraged because they are looking at the macro result they want. They want to lose 80 pounds, fix a relationship, earn 6 figures in a short amount of time. They stare at that macro goal and their brain shuts down because of the overwhelm.
