A messy office, mini-van, and mind
Remember that our brain is filled with thoughts. Researchers estimate we all have upwards of 60,000 thoughts per day. Our thoughts create our feelings, which then fuel our actions (or sometimes inactions), which ultimately give us our results. So what are we all doing to organize these ever-important thoughts?

Too much Yang, not enough Yin
Our body is a brilliant design that will give us so many signals for what it needs and doesn’t need, but we often aren’t listening.

One key aspect I’ve observed from people who have successfully obtained their goals versus those who have fallen short are how they interpret their results.

A deeper kind of self-love
When we do something that contributes to us feeling jealous, envious, shameful, or guilty, I recommend that our self-love comes along for the ride. As without it, we can easily crumble.
