What is your money philosophy?
I’ve been coaching a lot of business owners on their beliefs about money and what is possible for them. Much like weight loss, there are so many beliefs that we have carried over from our childhood that may have helped us then, but are holding us back now.

The feelings you need to have to lose weight and make more money
If there is something you really, really want to create or attract into your life, let’s say weight loss, more money, an amazing relationship, then it’s extremely important to be aware and then create the dominant feelings that will attract it. If your dominant feelings are not lined up with what you are trying to create, then you will attract more of what you don’t want.

How to change a bad habit
What I have found when working with many of my life and weight loss clients, as well as former therapy clients, is that most of the bad habits that we want to change fall into a category we term in coaching as: “buffering”.

How to stop getting in your own way....
Many of my clients and friends have asked me why they get in their own way of reaching a goal that the desperately want. I too have had situations in which I was also was at a loss as to why I would get excited and motivated to do something, only to quit half way through the process.

Risking social death
When we want to be exceptional and stand out in some way, whether it’s in business, in our art, or our athletic pursuits, we have to step out from the group.
